“Overall a great stay. We enjoyed the surroundings, reconnecting without tv etc, and the nice pavilion with hot tub. However, there are a few smaller things I must point out…the insulation & heating combination in this little house is very uneven/seems inadequate. Many of the windows leaked so much cold into the house that they sweat on the inside. Water pressure is dreadful when you’re trying to shower in the cold bathroom, so takes a while to get warmed up. No coffee cups or glass cups, so……

“The cabin was all it was described to be, very close to where we live and yet we felt like we were really away from the hustle and bustle of life. Plenty of room for our planned group. The winter weather kept us indoors for the weekend, but we could see the potential for fun outdoor activities. One suggestion is to provide steak knives in the kitchen. Thanks for a nice weekend.”

“I booked this place wit spend some homely time with my kids and it was amazing, the place was clean they even dropped off some extra towels without us having to ask, it was truly amazing. Will definitely stay there again. ”

“We had such a nice stay at this property. The cabin was clean and decorated so cute. We stayed over Christmas and the host even had a beautifully decorated Christmas tree to set our mood for the week. It was such a nice surprise to walk into. So many special touches. The bathrooms were stocked with hygiene items such as toothbrushes, hand cream disposable razors and even a fully stocked first aid kit which we actually needed. “Overall our experience at Inssbrook and Treehouse retreat was a wonderful experience. The check process that Thursday afternoon was not coordinated well, yet we were able to get security to support us with getting to our gate admission process. “First let me say the property manager was amazing! When we first arrived we ran into some issues with a large amount of dead Asian Beetles in the house after a brief warm front blew through. This is an old building so totally normal (it happens). We made the property manager aware and they were immediately responsive with the offer to use a different property but we decided to allow them to clean it as we didn’t figure any more bugs would show due to the current cold temps now. “The property was modern, clean, comfortable and beautiful. We really enjoyed the back patio and surprisingly there were little to no bugs outside. We consisted of two couples and two sisters. We were not able to watch TV bc we had to link it to a Roku or YouTube TV account. It worked out fine because we were there to spend time with our family who was in a nearby house. I would recommend this rental and especially to a family.”
