“Very scenic, calm and quiet ”

“The property is clean and quiet. It's a bit far away from the Downtown area but is very close to Cordova Bay and Elk lake. The manager / owner is kind and helpful. The owner might not be reachable over call at times but is helpful in person.”

“If you are looking for a frat house feel, by all means enjoy! We have rented other rentals for a similar price that weeds well equipped. Clean and quiet. This is not those. Here is a list of what to know: Sleeping was fine, bedrooms are huge Lighting in rooms is terrible and lampshades are broken. Furniture is all hand me down that looks like it was picked up on the side of the road. Couch in bedroom had big rips in the arm. There was a hidden door behind a bookcase… Steps up to the apt. Are……

“We were somewhat concerned about being in a subdivision, but the property was very private. There was ample room for everyone and snacks in the fridge, for those of us, who wanted to partake of them. (We brought our own food). The kitchen was also well-equipped for cooking 🍳. Just one exception - a toaster would have been nice at breakfast time, but we managed just fine without.”

“The place was spotless and the owners provided several extra touches like freshly roasted coffee beans. The only reason we didn’t give a 5 star rating is because the property description said there was a washer and there wasn’t. We were on a long trip and selected places with washers. The owner offered to wash our clothes but we didn’t feel comfortable doing that. Otherwise it was great. ”

“Everything was perfect! I thought it was too good to be true when I read the description but it was all that and more, down to homemade cookies and luggage accomodation. The neighborhood is great with nice cafes, and downtown is a 15 minute walk away. ”
