Good amenities like large fridge, microwave, toaster. But there was only one window which looked out into the parking area. The room was dark and the overhead light was very dim. There were lights next to the beds that were brighter, and the light in the bathroom was bright enough. Although there were outlets next to the bed, there were insufficient electric outlets to charge everything that we needed to charge overnight. The room was small, which would not necessarily be a problem, but there was no place to set things except on the floor. There were some clothing hooks on one wall but it would be nice to have more, and/pr some shelves. This is an older property which has been somewhat fixed up on the interior, but the walls are still thin, and we heard people come in at one in the morning.

We absolutely love staying at the Lodges of Oak Creek. The accommodations are very comfortable and there's nice areas to walk around and into the village. It beats the hustle/bustle of Steamboat, but it's still quite close. The staff at the Lodges are also very kind and accommodating. We love it here!

Room was amazing! Extremely clean and They made sure to up the heat before we got there and it was greatly appreciated! We got caught in an unexpected blizzard so it was extremely cold. Communication was great! I got the email from hotels.com with the instructions for the door. But they also texted the same day as check in to make sure we could get in. Shout out for putting a coat hanger above the heater! We visited the Hot springs and having that hanger there allowed for my robe to dry overnight. Bed was a little too firm for us, but that is a personal issue and not the issue of the management. LOVE the instruction list right inside the door, helped us to remember all of our stuff and make sure we were set up the way they requested. I am also going to say this, as a person who works with people all week and I am definitely an introvert it was refreshing to be self sufficient with our entire stay. Although they made it clear there was someone there if we needed them. This is the best experience for someone like me! Only critique I would like to make is to make the TVs streaming accessible so we don't have to be inundated with commercials. We will definitely be coming back!

We were misled by the advertisements of this property. We were told that we would be getting a cabin for the ridiculous price of $239. When we got there, we received a cell block room to which consisted of two beds and a bathroom you could hardly stand up in one person only, the kitchenette consisted of a toaster microwave and the countertop look like it had burns everywhere
