“We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to fit several family members. This was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Plenty big, lots of places to sit comfortably, and extremely clean! We really enjoyed using the kayak and paddle board. We dressed up several times for rehearsal dinner, wedding, and Easter. The property was perfect for photo ops!”

“I have stayed at many VBRO sites and this one was the one I never wanted to leave. Beautifully situated on Lake Lay, the home was inviting and warm, but not pretentious - it felt like HOME. The owners were easy to communicate with, answered all questions in a timely manner and super helpful. “Cabin is on a peninsula and secluded. Great access to boat ramp (Waxahactchee Marina) just up creek. Cabin had everything needed and communication with host was flawless. Will stay again.”

“This is the 2nd time staying at this place. We come to relax and fish. There is a boat launch on the property. The home has everything on one level. There is no stairs to climb. The home is very clean and well appointed. My 82 year young mom came with us this trip and she fell in love with home like we are ready done. Beautiful views off of wraparound porch. “The lake house Manager told us that the lake house could handle 8 to 9 boats and we had to park in the yard. I messaged the Manager and asked if it was okay to park in the yard with no response. The upstairs AC wasn't working and sewage backed up in the downstairs tube, water was coming up under the toilet. We couldn't use the downstairs bathroom and the kitchen sink whichis downstairs.
