Great Rental Property
"This home is great property. Very clean and well maintained. Thanks for the little extras that were there, like the snacks, water, laundry soap and bathroom shampoos and soap. The little things you sometimes forget.Very quiet neighborhood and close to family we were visiting."

"Built in homage to the original Johnson City Carnegie which burned in 1910, this modern version on the campus of ETSU looks and feels like the elaborate hotel of years gone by.
