“This home is as advertised and appeared newly renovated. Was beautifully done and had all the necessities provided (shower products, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, dish detergent and sponges, laundry detergent, trash bags and some spices. Host is communicative. Home is 10 minutes from New River Gorge visitors center and 30 minutes from Summerville Lake. Also minutes from multiple restaurants, gas and Walmart as well as downtown Fayetteville. Only downside, for me, is that the home was……

“The house was in a convenient location on a dead end street. Accessible to wide variety of hiking spots and restaurants. The house was exactly as described & pictured with all the amenities you would expect. Fenced in back yard for our dog was helpful. “Cute house! House totally remodeled everything seems new! Only things that I could complain about is the road the house is on is alittle busy and heater wasn't the greatest. A couple recommendations a bigger sofa like a sectional, and maybe a table and chairs for the deck out back. Definitely would stay at this place again!”

“We visited New River Gorge for a few days. Oak Hill was the perfect place to stay to visit Canyon Rim Vistitor Center and hike Long Point The Endless Wall Trails and drive down Fayette Station Road to the bottom on the bridge. We also went whitewater rafting at ACE Adveture Resort which was aboit a 14 minute drive away. On on drive to Oak Hill, we stopped at Standstone Falls and Grandview. The house is gorgeous. “We stayed here for a few days to explore the New River Gorge. Having never been to the area before, I realized later that there are places that we almost booked that would've been very far from the places we wanted to see. This location was just right - close to Oak Hill and Fayetteville for shops/dining, and 10 minutes or so to the New River Gorge Bridge. We had our dinner catered so we could spend all of our time together socializing...it was perfect! “The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we could not get the hot tub to work while we were there. The host was very communicative and the house was very clean and had all of the amenities listed. The game room turned out to be a gem that we didn’t expect to utilize as much as we did. Would definitely recommend this rental! ”
