Imagine a relaxing on the river in a quiet setting away from the noisy city and traffic. Enjoy our beautifully renovated home on deep water canal just one home off the river with beautiful river views. Only 10 Minutes from Flagler Avenue and New Smyrna Beach, or 30 minutes by boat. Master Bedrooms up and down. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and four baths with large closets. Upstairs balcony offers spectacular views of the intercoastal. Professionally designed interior furniture, bleached wood cypress kitchen. Stunning outdoor space with Private pool and hot tub right on the water.

Great place to vacation!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Very spacious with enough room to spread out or all hang out together. The pool and spa was great and had a great view. Angie was quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property if you are spending time in the New Smyrna Beach area or even Daytona.

Loved the house

We loved everything about this house - all the bedrooms were as pictured and had everything you needed. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was such a luxury too. The kitchen was fully stocked with any and every appliance and made our Thanksgiving dinner preparation a breeze. Indoor and outdoor lounge space gave us so much room to spread out. Wish we could have heated the pool but we settled for the hot tub. I would recommend this place to anyone - it has a great home feel to it. Wish I had booked longer than a week.
