“Not as advertised-the owner has since changed the listing to be more accurate but the owner is not honest. Dirty…gross Rude owner Had to contact the owner for every piece of info. Should have been provided without having to request the info every time we realized a new thing was not communicated. (Check-in procedures, where to park, WiFi information, etc) The location is good but that’s it. We stayed 10 minutes before determining that this place was completely unacceptable. “Pros: Victor was a great host with quick response. The townhome was very spacious and close to shopping centers. Cons: It can use a little TLC on cleaning. Wasn’t a big deal, there were cleaning supplies there to get the job done but with cleaning fees it should already be cleaned. I have OCD so I was going to clean regardless. If in the area again I will be sure to book.”

“This house is a scam. Do not waste your money. We arrived to the house & the owners were home to inform us that they owned & lived in this house & that it should not be on any rental sites. Whoever is doing this left me, my husband., our 2 year old daughter, 9 month old son & pets stranded after we evacuated Florida from hurricane Milton. Whoever’s doing this should be ashamed & appalled with themselves. ”
