“I never book though an app for room like this before, so when it came to check, i email the lady 3 time asked above thr code, she never told to i had to go thought the app.. so i was locked out my 1st night and had to pay an extra $150 for a hotel, and then the next day i finally figured it out, they left me only 1 big towl for 2 people, i asked for another one and was told there are only enough for how many people that i said that were staying. And yes, but you left me 1 towl.. long shot i had……

“While visiting family in Western Wisconsin, my wife and I stayed here one night and had a very good experience. The apartment was clean, pet-friendly, and warm at night in November. Communication with the owner was excellent and he was also able to work with us when something came up and we had to reschedule. This was a very good experience. We would definitely stay here again--thank you!”

The only reason I gave a 4 star rating of the check-in service, was that when we arrived and entered the apartment, it had not been cleaned. “ Very impressive apartment. In fact the pictures online don't grasp the real charm of this cozy nook. I see myself staying here in the future because its warm, inviting, functional and located nicely to stores and such. However; As an outdoorsman; the need to hang damp clothing to dry is vital but the apartment lacks hooks and pegs on the walls.(outside & especially inside)There is ample wall space to make the improvements without negatively impacting maneuverability. “The check-in process was a bit of a job. Many emails back and forth with codes and instructions, which are given the day of arrival and the day before. The accommodations were average, nothing special, but cheap.”
