“The house is exactly as listed, and was perfect for our trip. Check in was easy and quick, and we were very impressed.The hot tub had a few issues, which we asked about and the next morning were told that it had been damaged by previous renters. Overall, a great stay in a clean house.”

“The cottage was perfect for my son and I. Copake lake is close by and the rental was immaculate and had all the necessities one would need for a comfortable experience. My one critique would be it needs an address number on the house. It was hard to find the house at night in the rain and no streetlamps on the road. Other than that, very nice!”

“A perfect little getaway on a beautiful lake. The back deck was wonderful to sit out on, relax, and take in the view. Super easy to get over to Hudson for the day and do some antiquing. Diane was very responsive and super easy to work with. I will say make sure you follow her directions to get there. Two of our three parties made it fine, but I was taken to the vacant lot on the other side of the lake by my GPS. We had a very enjoyable weekend at the lake :)”

“Bassinova-on-Hudson is a gorgeous and well-kept property, and Jean and her staff are very responsive and welcoming. The home features everything a group could want in a secluded getaway - a gated, private entrance, 5 bedrooms, a game room with billiards table, a home theater, sonos throughout the house, a steam shower, and an enormous kitchen and outdoor grill.When I arrived with my wife and 19 month old, Kat gave us a quick tour of the house and explained how everything worked, and the basic……

“The house was super cute and clean!! The only concern for us southerners was that there was no central A/C. We visited in late April and the weather turned out to be in the high 70’s, so it got a little warm in the house. We messaged the host and we were informed that they install window units for the warmer months, we just wished it was in the description. There were a couple of extra fans there we used. They had sheets galore, but only 2 washcloths per room so we had to wash almost everyday to……

“This place is breathtaking, grounding, inspiring, restoring, vibrant and just all the things! I’ve never been to a space that encompassed everything a woman would need to feel safe, relaxed and liberated! This space creates a sense of belongingness that is unmatched! “We had a wonderful time at this cabin! Enjoyed the hot tub and the campfire every night. The marina is a quick ~5min walk. Good for a picnic. Tennis courts (15min drive) were well maintained and available as well. Most of the grocery stores are on the other side of the Hudson, so be ready to do a few big grocery trips and otherwise stay at the house. Had a wonderful time and the record player was a nice touch!”
