"We stayed at Three Bears 2 years ago and I would have given it a 0/5 stars then. It’s now under new management and ownership and was so much better. The rooms were updated. The only issue was the water park didn’t have every pool open, so that was a bummer. But that was due to maintenance issues ..."

"This property was a quick stop for us, not even there for 8 hours. Check-in was quick & friendly. Public areas were clean, new carpet in the hallway. Guest rooms were in good shape & very clean.
