“First of all, I was sceptical about pricing and the host. Renting from an unknown host be difficult. BUT after living in Kokomo for 47yrs and moving to Florida 8yrs ago things can change. “House was clean, bedrooms were the perfect size. Nice having 2 bathrooms, yard was a great size. Big seating area outside. House was stocked with everything we needed. Championship Park was right next door. Grand park was 20 minutes away. It was nice staying in Kokomo instead of Indianapolis. If staying for Grand Park its worth the drive. ”

“The property was exactly as described, very clean. The location was absolutely perfect. We were in town to play at Grand Park. Property is about 25 mins north and away from the craziness of the tournament. We walked to the Shack for dinner both nights and loved our meals. The town is adorable and we always felt safe. We stopped at Erika’s diner about halfway back to grand park one morning and it was delicious! Highly recommend staying here!”
