“Karen and Wayne were great! The location was perfect for getting to know the area and Birmingham has a great downtown. The studio is as cute as advertised and perfect for one or two people looking for a safe area to stay. Would absolutely recommend or stay again!”

“Having previously lived in the village of Armada for 35 years, our 3 week stay felt like going home. Living in this VRBO was a perfect location for visiting family and friends. If we visit Michigan next summer, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this apartment again. I have a couple of suggestions that would make this stay a little better. The bar stools are too tall for the counter height. Shorter stools would be so much more comfortable. Changing the rusted shower curtain rod to a new one would……

I want everyone to know that this is truly a lovely, wonderful apartment- well-maintained, very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. On the other hand, I'd like to keep this place under wraps so the next time we come to Michigan, there will be an apartment available. The owners, Chad and Melissa provided detailed information about check in, and Angie, the property manager jumped in when I had questions about available……

“Came in to watch our son’s baseball team’s last two games. Everything was perfect and the host is very attentive. We will stay here again when we come back to the area.”

“Property was clean, nice and accommodating. Check in was simple. The parking area is kind of small so I would suggest car pooling if you are traveling in a group. Compared to the great perks of the property I find the parking minor and it works not deter me from renting the property again.”
