If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: Boats are not allowed, but guests may use the provided two-person kayak.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Lake House
The inside of the house was very clean and very tastefully decorated. The view was out of this world! The one thing that we would like to note, is that prior guests left large dog poop on the balcony that was not cleaned up by the staff. In addition, there was a bag of dog poop left in front of the home. Everything else was excellent and we still appreciate it being dog-friendly.

Lovely Stay
My sister, daughter and I were in wow mode from the moment we walked in the door. The pictures on line did not do justice to the "Million Dollar View" description. The place was very clean, inviting, accommodating and beautiful! Appliances were very updated and snacks and treats were also left on the counter for us. Owner thought of everything to make this as pleasant as it was for us. We will definitely return again. Thank you

This property has potential, but as so many have already stated there is a lack of responsibility by owners to make any changes. The inside is clean and comfortable, however the windows are filthy and outside grounds need much attention and deck is filthy. One bed has full mattress on a queen box spring making it very uncomfortable and easy to roll off. There are no curtains on some of the bedroom windows, and the ones that have curtains are so thin and light they do not keep the light out from the constant motion light going on and off ALL NIGHT. Many lights inside do not work- especially downstairs. We had to use our phone light to navigate to the bedroom when coming downstairs at night. The downstairs shower leaks all over the place making a slippery mess! During our second day, the ring security alarm and smoke detectors started going off. We were unable to silence them so called Vacassa management - they didn’t have the code and were also unable to silence it. It forced us to bring everyone outside- including my handicapped father and severely handicapped autistic stepbrother, who was freaking out by the noice. An hour later a maintenance person finally showed up and removed the alarms. Now we had no smoke or fire alarms upstairs. About 1am that night an alarm was going off, now downstairs. It was a low battery alarm . We got up and removed that battery. Half hour later another alarm. Took us 20 min to find the alarm on shelf. No effort to compensate was off

Great View and Location
House had a great view! Directly on the water. Good location close to all the main attractions. Kitchen was very spacious too. Areas of opportunity: The WiFi internet connection wasn’t good. Also it felt like every time we were outside we were being watched & recorded by the Ring cameras. Overall, we had a good experience.

A Breathtaking View
We absolutely loved this beautiful home & the view was breathtaking! The steep driveway not so much but that would not keep us from staying there again. It was perfect for our dogs with the fenced/gated area for them. Wish we could afford this place in the spring/summer!! Loved it all!!!

Wasted Potential
The view is amazing (after we cleaned the glass), the home is nicely laid out, the furniture is mostly comfortable, and the location to the sights in the area is fantastic. The owner has not taken care to correct many issues mentioned in previous reviews. And they aren't things that would require a lot of effort and money - but it seems consideration for their guests is not the highest priority. The bed with the wrong sized box spring is still there. To me, this is egregious as it makes the bed nearly impossible to sleep in without one person rolling off. It's not that difficult to buy a queen sized box spring for a queen sized bed. The wifi is atrocious and shouldn't be listed as an amenity. The pictures are misleading as they have now locked off the game room on the lower floor. I expect owners to have private spaces but a locked up fridge, closet, and two bedrooms is overkill. The door in the master bedroom has a broken lock to the deck and won't open. Cleanliness is the real issue. We found rat droppings under the kitchen sink, in the laundry room and in the bedroom with no curtains (oh yeah, both bedrooms on the lower floor were blinded throughout the night by motion sensor flood lights triggered by squirrels). The cleaning service was quick to respond but didn't actually clean the mess up. There were still droppings behind after they 'cleaned'. The whole home is obviously just spot cleaned between guests. Definitely wasted potential because it could be stunning.

minor issues
1) Downstair shower leaks at hinge side of door was unable to use had to use the 2nd shower . 2) Clogged dryer vent completely clogged -- we put a load of towels in the Dryer one day and left to go to the store -- when returned - items were still damp - that is when we found the vent issue and cat hair could not be completely removed . 3) Cat hair was everywhere - on Couch both upstairs and down and in the bed --- 4) on the upper deck there is a board that needs replacement ( to avoid future issues ) 5) Trask was not picked up since last tenant ALL are Minor the home is absolutely awesome - and we are planning on coming back next year - Thanks you

The home was exactly as the pictures on website. Beautiful view of the lake. Cleanliness. Can understand why they tell you to park by the garage, driveway narrow & steep. Noticed that all the homes in that area had driveway issues due to the fact the road sits higher than the houses. Had difficulty with the keypad box checking in & upon leaving. For us was not user friendly, wondering if others had trouble? Contacted Vacasa for assistance regards to keypad. Checked out a day early because the weather had been rainy & cold for our entire stay.

Fantastic view, weak WiFi
The view of the lake from the deck and inside the house is stellar. If you’re going for the view, I can’t imagine much better. I needed to work remotely. I could only do that when everyone else disconnected from the WiFi. Even then, the Wi-Fi was weak and lost connection through out the day. It is not possible to have several users on that WiFi at once. The AC doesn’t have zones - it’s warm upstairs and cold downstairs. The outside areas were not cleaned. We cleaned them when we arrived and really enjoyed the outside space during our stay. The beds were very soft, which we all found uncomfortable. One of the beds had a queen mattress on a full box spring which really made it impossible for two people who don’t want to cuddle all night to share it.

Ongoing issue with internet. When you stay there will not be internet. The reviews are true. They’ll tell you their working on it but you will not receive service. So if your planning on working as I did, be prepared to go into town instead of enjoying the view.

The house was absolutely beautiful and even nicer than the pictures. There were lake views from every room. The furniture and beds were comfortable. House location was great! I wish we'd stayed there in the summer to enjoy the porches and kayaking. The management company provided great communication by text with everything need to access the house, Wi-Fi, and followed-up on check-in. Checkout was equally easy. Although, we didn't take advantage of it, we were offered an early check-in. I appreciated that the house had many starter items including toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, trash bags, and dishwasher tabs. The house was supplied with towels and sheets. We've stayed at places that didn't have those items, so it's always appreciated to have them. Things that weren't an issue for us, but may be important for some renters. There were no curtains on 2 of the bedrooms side windows. I found this odd especially in the winter when there are no leaves on the trees and the neighbor house was also rented. The driveway is steep. There is parking on the road level with stairs partially available to get to the house and parking at the bottom of the driveway next to house. We appreciated being able to our dog, but there wasn't much flat area to walk her outside to do her business. Loved the decor, views, and time here. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Our stay started out with slots of dirt all over the floors and no working internet. The lights went out in part of the house. Only one set of remotes. The bed in one room is fallin about and the mattresses super uncomfortable. One bathroom shower was beyond gross. I couldn’t find any cleaning supplies and there are no lights coming up the stairs from the water. You can tell the house allows pets by the smell. I was just disappointed. BUT the service from the management company was great. They were very responsive.
