Went there for my daughter graduation and because of the graduation theme and display that would welcome the graduates. They made a huge mistake omiting the signature of “mom and dad” and signing it with my name and last name and asked to found a way to at least erase my name trying to fix the error. tthe behavior of the supervisor present on the floor, a woman, was unacceptable, “it is what it is” while walking away, is not the phrase i would have imagined to hear from your staff. The night of my arrival , and again in the morning, i asked and literally begged , 4 different floor personal, explaining to each and everyone the problem, and they all just didn’t care. I even try to contact the manager but my call went to voicemail, Of course she didn’t even bother to call back. Sadly the damage is done, my daughter saw the display and my wife at home saw it too, since my daughter and her cousin in disbelief sent it to her. As a result of your “error” and the unwillingness to fix it, your establishment has caused a huge problem, brought discussions into my household and ruined what was supposed to be a joyfully event. The moment is gone , the graduation too, and there is no use to fix it now nor to apologize. You and your staff need to pay much more attention to the details and the way you treat your clients, for you it might have

It's a nice hotel. The staff are all pleasant, welcoming, cheery. The valet parking was slow but reliable. The restaurant is good, nice food, not generic, tasty. The prices are OK. The room had some odd little issues. No luggage racks; we requested them 2 days in a row, but they never came. The window casing was broken, not operable, and the room was stuffy the whole time. The AC instructions required scanning a QR code first . . . ?? The bathroom sink was up on a table with 6" gaps on either side between it and the side wall; things kept falling on the floor. Very nice bed, nice shower, nice big closet. Lighting OK. The alarm clock had been left ON for 6 AM . . . woke us way too early the first morning. Decor was a little severe for our taste.

Arrived at 4:30pm and was told no rooms were ready. Watched the desk staff check in others and offer those guests wine or champagne, but it took awhile to get someone to offer me anything other than “we can hold your bags while you wait” (e.g., help figuring out how long the wait would be).
