“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……

“Perfect for our one night stay driving up from SW Fla. We arrived early morning & were able to check in right away. Front desk staff was very friendly & accommodating. Parking was easy & accessible. Room was comfortable with nice views out of floor to ceiling windows. Plenty of storage & closet space. Beds were comfy. Hotel was accommodating with extra pillows, blanket, etc. Connecting room next door was not sound proofed well-could hear everything. Would like to request better bath products……

Any questions we had were immediately answered - the staff is very attentive and works to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Very impressed! Also - the on-property restaurants were top notch. Food at Sophia's, the Italian restaurant, was phenomenal. ”
