Ronnie was a responsive host & even had the house decorated for Christmas since our stay was over the holiday. We had 5 adults & 2 kids in our group and the home was great for us to all be together or do our own thing for a while. We will definitely stay here for our next trip to Oakland. ”

“This was a family getaway with four adults and six children. It accommodated us well. The kids enjoyed the game room and there was plenty of room for us to have our own space. Plenty of space for two cars to park under the covered space. The neighborhood was quiet, but location was great as we could quickly access plenty of shops and restaurants. Owner was quick in communication for any questions we had. ”

“This property was very clean and modern. Well stocked with extras. I would rate it a 20 out of 10. Definitely stay again if in area. Very quiet neighborhood. The garage was a plus especially during a storm. ”

“The updated areas were great, but there are a few more areas needing updates. The kitchen was updated as was the master bedroom/bath. The other rooms had older carpeting, but would be good for kids. The tv room was nice and roomy, but could use some more furniture. The carpet in the dining, pool room, and halls needs to be replaced. It was stained and a distraction to the rest of the house. The outside needed to be cleaned up after winter and that did not start until our stay was almost over. It……
