“We were in town for a convention. The house was close enough for an easy walk to and from the convention center, saving us the headache and expense of parking downtown. It was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. ”

Called management and they said- maybe tomorrow they could be delivered. In the morning, discovered we had no cold water so couldn’t shower because the water was so hot. Called repeatedly and was told they would try to fix it that day. No apologies for this huge inconvenience. The only positive about the……

“The house was super cute and clean. A little short on amenities like no dressers for clothes, no hangers no power strips (it’s an old house so not many places to plug in electronics) BUT!!! I did mention these to the home owner and they were super acknowledging of the suggestions. They were so easy to reach through messaging and when I asked for late check out they were more than happy to work with us. This house is so charming and close to EVERYTHING. “There process of not allowing anyone under 25 to rent was rediculous. I spent more than 2 hours arguing with them that my daughter was going to be there first and that is why I put her name down first. I wouldn't spend that kind of money for her to party. They descriminate against young people!!!! They started being nicer to me as soon as I said that.”

“Only had two issues, otherwise stay was excellent. Description said washer and dryer but the washer was missing. I was planning on using it. The other issue was the lock on the front door. Had trouble locking it and it didn’t always lock automatically.”
