“Everything is great at this hotel, even the food at their restaurant was very good. Would love to use their pool next time. The only thing is, it still smells very new, it would be good if there’s a window for us to open to let it ventilate, because I was worried that the smell will affect my toddler ”

“We stayed only one night - it was wet and had to find our way to our room 7221 in the wet and dark. Around the outside of the shower needed a good clean - bed was comfortable but we needed to phone reception to get a remote for the tv which wasn’t left on our room. ”

“There is difference between mediocre and the best hotel. I would say Westin is easily the best hotel I have stayed in Perth. All of the hotel staff are very helpful and polite, always smile to guests and provide excellent service. Breakfast at Garum is exceptional, beautiful food and coffee, amazing staff. Comfortable bed and couch with spacious room and nice city view. Overall it is always a perfect stay being in Westin. Definitely worth the price with all it provides. Will be back again……

“Hotel decoration is slightly worn, bath shower nozzle has malfunction, there is no maintenance and repair, it is very deadly, will bring you a very not good mood, the whole bathroom toiletries less poor, doesn't even have basic disposable toothbrushes and disposable slippers, the feeling of regret, outdoor parking space is not enough, when come back can only look at the luck, The overall sanitation situation can only be described as relatively clean.
