“Very beautiful property with good location. Front desk & restaurant staff is extremely polite, courteous & cooperative. Housekeeping staff definitely needs to be pulled up for services. Need to remind 4-5 times before they deliver even a bottle of water! Food taste is excellent. Overall a lovely & comfortable hotel. Would definitely recommend.”
“Sehr freundliches Personal und ein gutes Zimmer. Leider unterscheidet sich nicht viel zwischen deluxe und normalen Zimmern. Die Sauberkeit entspricht nach indischen Gebräuchen gut, aber nach ausländischen eher akzeptabel. Das Frühstück ist auch gut, aber man wurde jeden Morgen dafür wach geklingelt, was sehr nervig war. Zudem war es in dem hotel sehr hellhörig. Das hotel liegt in einer guten Lage nah am Zentrum. ”

“They don’t have a pantry/kitchen. Every single thing comes from there adjacent property. Being it napkins/ tea and takes long time to deliver which makes their service pathetic. They expect their guests to walk into another property to have complimentary breakfast. Breakfast too needs to be improved. No fruits/ juice. Less variety. Less of a hotel more of a good guesthouse. ”
“hotel bedroom was of single bed. it should of twin bed for two persons. only one blanket was given for two men. we booked booking with breakfast. But hotel refused to give free of charge. paid for the same. attached invoice of breakfast.”
