“I stayed at the Red Roof Inn this past weekend while in town for a wedding. I’ll admit, I was a little apprehensive at first—I wasn’t staying at one of the wedding’s designated resort hotels and was concerned about choosing what I assumed would be a “budget” option. But wow, was I pleasantly surprised. From the moment I stepped into the reception area, the hotel’s cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere were immediately apparent. The room was beautiful, the innkeeper was very accommodating and any of the staff we ran into were lovely. A short drive to the closest metro station, we spent a day in DC, & the 2nd day in the rolling hills of northern VA in wine country where we had good wines & enjoyed a lovely dinner at a recommend spot. We would stay here again. ”
