My room had mould on the window glass that someone had written in. Patches of mould on the walls. The room smelled of damp and the bathroom smelled off. The shower drain did really throaty growling noises randomly, I didnt use the shower. I didnt sleep well, lots of noise from other guests. The parking can be assigned but only if there is a space free when you checkin. Newer checkins got priority over any existing guests, i was told i was on the list by several staff then told it cant be reserved by another staff member really bluntly, when they had actively assigned spaces, having spent all day outside having a great time, discussing the state of the room and drains and parking wasnt really the thing. Staff I spoke to were nice qnd helpful, well apart from the one who basically told me that new checkins take priority over existing guests and their needs. View of the bay was good. I didnt stay my second night, opted to check out and head home which is just over 2 hrs away. I dont need this kind of experience in my free time. Ive not yet contacted the hitel.for a refund. I have photos off the mould eyc.
