“Hector was very kind and professional! The finca was beautiful the house was full of room and space. The views were amazing plenty of countryside and and about 30-40 mins ride from pereira. The rooms were decent size the hot water was a plus. The pool was great the fans for ventilation was a plus! “Went to visit family and looked for a hotel in the center of the city. I arrived early and hotel staff was able to check me in early which was greatly appreciated . Room was clean and spacious . Hotel had great amenities to include gym, pool and spa which they allow you to use the sauna and Turkish bath complimentary . The breakfast buffet was amazing . Only thing I can encourage to improve is the restaurant waiter response . The food was good but the staff was either overwhelmed or simply slow.……
