“The house was large and confortable, all necessary things were there. It was quiet, situated at the edge of Umea. We could go into the city by bike (20 minutes) or by bus (or by car). The host was very friendly and helpfully, he answered to our questions quickly. Even he had many suggestions for trips to make in the region. We felt very well there!”

“Good location. 5 minutes walk frm-to the bus, train station, shops. breakfast is good for the price but maybe add more fruits. Free coffee/tea. The room without window is good but i wouldnt recommend it to those who have allergies and claustophobic, good for a night or 2 stay. -some guest are running on the hallway past 22:00 in the evening and a loud noise when they close the door”

"1. I booked a double room, but the sink was in the bedroom. There was a strange sewer smell. I wanted to change room，but was told that I could only change to a single room, so I didn't change. 2 There is a bathtub, but it has only a very narrow baffle. Even if you take a shower carefully, water will still splash everywhere. 3 The price fluctuates greatly. The one we booked one month in advance is twice as expensive as if you book two days in advance. Other four-star hotels in the surrounding area do not have such a large price fluctuation"
