“This hotel was really lovely. Clean, friendly and very comfortable. It was close to both the S-bahn and U-bahn which made everything very accessible, as well as having a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy close by. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. We had breakfast once and it was good - lots of options as well as free tea/coffee in the lobby at all times. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend the Rioca! ”

“We stayed here for 5 nights. The location is good. There’s a very handy supermarket and bakery next door and bus and tram stops very close by.
The apartment was very clean and well maintained with a tiny kitchen area and a small amount of kitchen utensils.
But the main negative of our stay was the double bed which was up against the wall at one side which meant one of us had to literally crawl into bed! The apartment would be fine for a single person but wouldn’t recommend for a couple.

“距离市中心做SBahn20分钟左右的距离。酒店公寓出来就是车站。酒店附近是居民住宅区，有大型超市Aldi，Rewe，还有DM。酒店附近的餐馆经济实惠老板热情客气。看到很多德国老人在小酒馆里面喝酒打牌。像极了北京的小饭店。酒店房间宽敞，有厨房，可以买东西自己煮简单的东西吃。1.5欧元买个硬币就可以在地下室洗衣服。对于在外很久的游客非常需要。”

"整體體驗尚可，但由於剛剛新開張，一些設備還未完善，例如梳化床未有提供床單、被鋪和枕頭。到最後一晚，我們要求了客房清潔，但沒有提供，反而在雙層床裝修添加了護欄檔板，導致整張床充滿塵埃和木碎，還剩下一些螺絲在床上。在還有客人的時候，不應在沒有通知下突然裝修房間。"

"My room is spacious, peaceful, and suitable for three people.
I had to naked myself and leave the private shower area to restroom and obtain a towel because there isn't a hook or shelter for towels in the private shower area. Most important, the restroom door is absent.
The hotel should take care of the king-size mattress; otherwise, it will collapse in the sleeping area. It should be turned over after a while.
The welcome drink is a surprise, and the hotel personnel is friendly and helpful.
All in all, satisfied."
