“Do NOT stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS in Zurich!! It smells really bad inside, loud creaky floors, no elevator, no A/C, no safety latches on main door. This apartment is immediately above 2 restaurants, and the smell and stench of fried food, etc. is super strong inside the apartment. The smell is TERRIBLE and left a smell over everything we had, even inside our suitcases...it was difficult to even sleep the smell kept us awake. “Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. ”

“There was a slight miscommunication with our apartment when we arrived, but we were given an amazing apartment, and the staff was so nice. Apartment was immaculate, with almost everything you could need. The only downside was being on the third floor with no air-conditioning in the middle of summer. Location was safe and very convenient. Walk to everything. There is a nice big supermarket two minutes away. Lots of restaurants nearby and rhe tram stop was only a few minutes also. ”

“Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Pärchen da und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Einrichtung. Besonders Küche und Kaminzimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber und im Schnee auch wirklich eine schöne Kulisse. Vor Ort war die Kommunikation auch gut und zuvorkommend. Allerdings waren mit der Kommunikation zuvor nicht ganz so zufrieden.
