“Appartement naast het woonhuis van de eigenaar. Niet groot, maar groot genoeg. Voor 2 personen perfect, 3 personen kan door een derde slaapplaats op de bank in het woonkamertje. Klein keukentje, maar wel met koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker, elektrisch fornuis met oven en vaatwasser. Douche met toilet, wastafel en douche boven het ligbad. Slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed en hang-/legkast. Centrale verwarming, tv met schotelantenne, kleine eethoek, terras met tuinmeubelen en bbq die je kunt gebruiken.……

“We had a 4 day stay in Garmisch and the accommodation was beautiful. A typical german style apartment. Very clean with everything we needed. There was a wellness suite in the basement with sauna, solarium and various other wellness bits. The rooms were very clean and the bed large and very comfortable. No oven or microwave, but a hob, fridge and TV. The collection of the key for the apartment was easy and just a lovely stay in a beautiful part of Germany. ”

“Wir hatten einen herrlichen Aufenthalt in der wunderschönen Wohnung. Gerade das sehr regnerische Wetter hat uns dazu gezwungen, uns viel in der Wohnung aufzuhalten, aber die sehr liebevolle hochwertige Einrichtung, die überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung (wir haben gar nichts vermisst) und die ruhige Lage haben es uns sehr leicht gemacht!Sollte noch einmal eine Renovierung anstehen, wäre der einzige Verbesserungsvorschlag von uns, die Position der Dusche mit dem WC zu tauschen, damit für Personen……

“Die Wohnung ist ganz neu, modern, sehr sauber in der Nähe des Ammersees gelegen. Super ist, dass eine tolle Gaststätte mit Biergarten unten im Haus ist. Man braucht nicht selber kochen, da Preis-Leistung stimmt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen und konnten jeden Tag auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. ”

“This is a beautiful apartment located in the historic area on Ludwigstrasse. It has all the amenities you need and also has off street parking. The only negative was there were no instructions on how to open or close the garage door. (you need to pull the black strap that’s hanging inside the garage). Once the car is parked you can walk to many restaurants and shops.”

Der Traumhafte Blick, die direkte Seenähe und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut.Der Vermieter war sehr nett, die Abstimmung völlig komplikationslos und sehr gut vorbereitet.Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben und ließ für uns als kleine Familie keine Wünsche offen.Es war eine sehr schöne Woche und kann nur weiterempfohlen werden.”
