“The serviced apartment is very spacious and very comfortable with good view and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and is very suitable for cooking.
The coffee capsules are very good. It would be better if it can provide more instead of only 4 capsules since we both stayed for 3 nights.
The apartment is perfect with convenient location. For sure we will stay there if we visit Zurich again.

“This property was great to use for a base for sight seeing in Zurich. Walking distance from Zurich HB train station. Coop (supermarket), McDonald's and Starbucks one minute walk.
The room was spacious, kitchenette had small hob, microwave kettle and coffee maker. Would recommend for families.”

“The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress.
Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication.
If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall.”

"The hotel is about ~15min away from the town if you take the tram. The tram station was very close to the hotel, ~1min walk. There were 2 coop supermarkets nearby. Very quiet area. The price was much cheaper than hotels in the town.
The room was spacious but not cleaned thoroughly. I found a contact lens on the headboard.
Minibar was included, with 2 bottles of water, 1 bottle of beer and 1 bottle of coke. The electric socket placement is not well thought of. If you plugin an EU to UK plug adapter, the adapter will be holding down the light switch, which is located right above the plug socket.
The toilet was basically a wet room. I really didn’t enjoy that. I stayed at 3 different hotels in Switzerland during this trip, and this was the only hotel with a wet room. Also, the temperature of the water from the shower head was very unstable. Sometimes it got extremely hot, sometimes it got freezing cold. Having a shower there was torturous.
The room is acceptable but the toilet is a big no no for me. Maybe the unstable water temperature is not much of a problem in the summer. But we went there in late spring, which was still very cold.

房間設計很新穎，空調、燈光、電視、窗廉皆可用平板控制，非常方便，且浴室燈光可調控不同顏色和亮度，只不過浴室設計為半透明，可看到剪影，很適合情侶，非常有情調，如果非情侶可能會很尷尬。
房間雙人床又大又很舒適，非常喜歡，只不過房間稍小，放兩個大行李就差不多滿了。
整體來說很喜歡，未來希望還有機會入住。"

"Small hotel reception only available till 10 pm, but we got warm welcome when check in and the reception lady very nice to introduce the must check points to us. We got upgraded so room is a bit bigger , window can open which very Europe style. Room are tidy and clean, bed also comfortable. Breakfast area are clean and service normal Europe style breakfast which is good enough.
Will recommend for a short stay here and only within 5 mins walk to train station "
