“My wife and I stayed here for five days and the place worked very well for us. Very secure (you needed a key to get into the actual building). Had our own parking space. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Everything was very clean. Comfortable beds. We would definitely consider this place again.”

“Overall our stay was great. There were a few floor boards in one unit that were cracked and uneven or lifting away from the rest of the floor and cause a couple of us to trip multiple times. Also while both townhomes were tidy there were definitely places the cleaning people didn’t look. There was a napkin and tags from a shirt in a drawer in the living room and a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them because they weren’t properly cleaned before we arrived. Overall this……

“We arrived at the property at 10 PM on Friday night. Cleveland had several previous days over 90 degrees. When we entered the third floor unit, it was like an oven – much warmer than the 84 degree outside temperature. The air unit in the living area was turned off. There was no unit in the bedroom at the far end of the apartment. There is no way that the unit could cool the area to a habitable temperature in any acceptable timeframe. We had to find alternate accommodations. I messaged the host……
