“More than 600 CHF a night for worse than three star hotel condition. Room was big, but not even basic amenities were available such as tooth paste. Breakfast was simple but ok. “I had a wonderful stay here with family. Room was spacious, comfortable temperature, clean. Spa was also very well kept, pool water temp was also perfect. I must say, this hotel is NOT a 3-star hotel. It definitely feels like 4 star but the staff will make you feel so welcome and accomodate your needs so well, at times you will feel yourself at a 5 star hotel. However, one thing that stuck out is, when I asked if we could use the spa after check out and was told the hotel is fully booked and……
