That was my first time there ,the restaurant greeters didn't know anything, you asked? They wasn't polite, it needs to remodel there ,our tub had rest in it ,i try to tell one of the housekeeper & she gonna say i don't speak English, but when i ask for more towels and wash cloths and a trash bag she know just what I said....But I would try again.

I like the access to the beach it’s like your own private part of ocean city. The property is clean. Only issue is it’s an older facility and needs to update the ac units when we arrived our ac didn’t work in room but the staff sent up a potable unit which worked well. Only thing was we paid to be on ocean side with balcony and wad unable to access it due to plywood for the ac unit being taped to door access.

Every other time I’ve stayed here this place has been stellar, but wasn’t quite the case this year. Room had an off smell and view of absolutely nothing, there was a used fake nail right on the floor when you walked in, and food left in the shower. Just not the condition I remember staying in any of the times I’ve been there previously, but maybe we were just placed in a lesser wing this time. Parking stayed overly full and we had to walk a bit back from finding a spot down the road. But as always the check-in staff were delightful, and the amenities in the atrium were nice and clean at least.

I loved the view. The only thing that made me put 4 stars is the lack of free breakfast and they were partially taped off with yellow construction tape during my time there. Other than that I loved it and i will be returning.

Overall pretty good stay. Only bad thing was the ac wasn’t working so our first night wasn’t the greatest. Second night they gave us a portable ac unit and was a lot better. A bunch of things to do at the hotel itself Which was fun and convenient. We wish things were open a little later then 10pm such as the arcade and ice skating.

I honestly didn’t like it. I asked for a top floor but she wouldn't give us a top floor and when We got the room there was something blocking our view. So got moved to another room which honestly ameeled so bad like it hadnt been checked into for a while. I dont think it was worth the money. The bed wasnt confortable. It really smelled like it was locked for the whole year

This was my 3rd stay at this resort, and once again, it did not disappoint!! My granddaughters loved the arcades, pool & ice skating. The staff at the resort are amazing - nothing is too much to ask. Our hairdryer didn’t work - they came right up and replaced it. We got locked out of our room - they graciously gave us a new one. These are just a couple examples of the amazing hospitality demonstrated by the staff!!
