Communicating with Tania Almaraz was difficult. She waited days to respond. The phone number for her on the listing goes to a construction company and she never returned my phone call. The parking area is really tight. If many people are staying in the building area, and they drive SUVs, it may be difficult to get a spot. The condo is in a unit that has an overall mold issue (granted, near the beach, that may be difficult to mediate). When we checked in, I actually expected issues like non-working coffee maker and black mold in bathroom would be fixed (as listed on previous reviews)--they were not. The main living area was filthy. Moved couch and ottoman and found empty chip bags, piles of food, and a syringe. The mattress for couch was covered in sticky liquid, which I also had to wipe down and clean. I cloroxed the counters and the wipes were brown, counters were crusty. Luckily, the bathroom, overall was clean. I messaged Tania for a vacuum or second cleaning. She ignored my text. In fact, I am quite sure she will not even see this review. I would not stay here again. Nor would I suggest this location to any friend of mine.
