great room with a great bayside view for a wonderful price!! if i come back i know for sure this is where i will be staying again, the private beach is clean and a nice size, nice private pools that are clean, plenty of parking. 10/10 very happy with our stay! everything is clean, and stays clean, and i felt safe with my family! thank you princess bayside!!!

Property was great two block walk legit to the beach. There was a small cut in the couch , they took some money off the bill. The breakfast was pretty good and varied with what they put out everyday. Would stay again

a little outdated but convenient and walkable which was the most important part. most of the time was spent at the beach. tied to a bar named finnigans but the best part was being right next door to seacrets and the beach goo stay

I thought that the place overall was good, staff was pretty good. Any good restaurants though you got to drive to though. The main beach however was just across the street for access. The private hotel beach was nice, there’s different things to do there on that private hotel beach like sailing and paddle boating as well as swimming or just hanging out with friends back there later on at night, enjoyed that. But as far as to the boardwalk it s a must drive to, you definitely can not walk. Nice Bay views! Get Bayfront it s worth it! Over all good. But for me and my family we will be staying Ocean front with easy access to the Boardwalk. Thanks Princess Bayside for a decent and friendly stay!:) 😎 Ms. L. DeMalio

The staff was friendly , the rooms clean and comfortable. The small private beach was nice to watch the sunset. You have to walk between bldg 1&2 to access it. HOWEVER : There are *2* buildings. Building one doesn't have balconies or patios this is double rooms with limited views. The indoor pool is here. Building 2 has the balconies, king rooms and suites. The outdoor pool is a roof top on bldg 2. There is NOT a restaurant on the property. There is a Pub, No Food. Before booking, call direct and check their rates they were cheaper than a 3rd party. The ocean is a short walk across the road.

Had a strong smell like mildew and pool was cloudy you couldn't even see the bottom. Staff was okay. Bunch of young girls.

The hotel overall is a good place to stay. Its very convenient and the rooms are clean. Staff was also friendly. Only problem with the room is the beds are hard they are very uncomfortable and also the shower head should be replaced. Its very old, its not enuff water pressure and the water turns from cold to hot- no in between. Its def a quiet stay except for them birds but nobody can control that. It has a nice roof top pool its next door to seacrets and a block away from the beach. I would recommend. Def 3.5/5 star hotel.

Hotel was very nice and pretty spacious. The first 2 days the fridge was not keeping cold, the room was extremely humid, and the shower was running cold water. However, after that the fridge was working perfectly and the thermostat was normal. The water took a couple minutes to warm up but it wasn’t too much of a problem. The kitchen appliances weren’t the cleanest and the Overall, for the price and the quality of the room, it was definitely worth it.

It was very clean, professional and helpful staff, great location, i think my only real complaint is the water pressure in the shower, but I'm not living here, so thats forgiven. I would recommend this hotel
