Such a wonderful stay!! Place was very quiet and peaceful. We were able to come and go as we please and the breakfast was delicious! The staff was so nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Had kicking air conditioning and hot water. Wish I could give them 10 stars

What a gem of a place! Our bedroom was really tastefully furnished with a cute veranda outside. We knew we would be arriving late so a self check in was available and perfect for us. Breakfast was gorgeous and the lady who prepared it was super friendly. The area around is so quiet and just a stone's throw from the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely B&B :)

The property is located one block from the boardwalk in Ocean Grove. We chose to go off season because the area is so peaceful then. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. Our only complaint is over the polyester linens on the bed. They were very hot, even with the windows open in early April. That being said we would definitely go back there again.

The room is absolutely beautiful and clean. The breakfast was so delicious and the inn keeper who also cooks the breakfast made us a breakfast fit for a King and Queen (we were the only 2 at breakfast). Very kind person. Overall a lovely stay at this property. Rooms on cosy/ small side but fine for couple of nights and it was just me. Rooms warm and everything worked. I was on ground floor along from breakfast room which meant it sometimes got quite noisy with other guests coming in and out. There was in issue with door lock when I arrived but this was fixed very quickly, which I appreciated. Breakfast was good although I would suggest perhaps leaving some things for guests to combine to their tastes. On 2 mornings the fruit had yogurts pre poured over which meant I couldn't eat them, perhaps just leave the components for guests to choose how to serve. Tea and coffee available all day which was great and no issues parking outside property (although I was there in low season). Used the free bikes one day, nice to have, but would suggest they might need a little maintenance on the breaks! All in all a lovely stay and would have no hesitation in staying again.
