BEACHFRONT!!! Recently Updated 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo

Welcome to "Salty Beach!"

Recently renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath BEACHFRONT condo.Wake up in the morning and see the ocean through your bedroom window! Bedrooms and living room have blackout shades and smart TVs. Each bathroom is equipped with a walk in spa-like shower. The kitchen has beautiful new white cabinets, quarts countertops, and new appliances and the oven is also an air fryer!

Located at the east end of OIB where the beach is wide thanks to the recent beach re-nourishment project. Low tide on the east end is the perfect time to go shelling! Or set up your chairs and umbrellas and relax while you wait for the Sunset Slush Italian Ice cart to come rolling by.

OIB Town Center Park has a splash pad, walking trails, playground,and bocce court. In the summertime, the park hosts movie nights and outdoor concerts. And there are numerous restaurants and places for sweet treats.

Beautiful beach condo

We had a great time staying here! The condo was on the second floor (top floor) of the complex so we had a great view and breeze from the beach. There isn’t an elevator so you need to be able to climb 2 flight of stairs. The condo is a block away from a public beach access. My family loved heading to the pool after the beach. The blackout shades were very helpful during naptime for my toddler. We would definitely return!

The property is very nice, clean, and felt safe. We could see the beach/ocean from our bedroom window & balcony, which was relaxing. Our host answered messages right away and was very helpful! Our only recommendations would be to add a full-length mirror in one or both bedrooms and it would have been nice for the sheets to already be on the bed (so we wouldn't have to put them on the first night of our stay). Overall, we really liked this location and would stay here again!

Fabulous

Had a great time as we were celebrating our 41st anniversary. The condo was just like it was last year awesome. Everything was clean and comfortable,liked it very much. Great views of the beach and complex. If I could make one suggestion a recliner would be nice, but don't sacrifice the comfortable couch. We do plan on coming again next year. Hopefully my dates will be available. Thanks again

Family reunion

It was a very nice condo. Very clean, decor was not typical cliche beach and spectacular view. The beach was right there and sitting on the back porch in the morning with a cup of coffee was heaven. Great find

We've been visiting OIB for almost a decade, and finding this condo was a blessing. The owner was very communicative and very pleasant to chat with. This condo captures the beach from many angles and is clearly updated with modern decor. Our family of 4 will certainly be back with the positive experience of this rental.

Ready to plan our next trip back!

The property was amazing. We cannot say enough nice things about it. It was cleaned beautifully, had a great location, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. We had a small issue upon arrival but within 5 minutes of messaging the property owner, maintenance was there to fix the issue. Amazing customer service! Would recommend to everyone!

Great Long Weekend Retreat

Our family of 5 spent three nights in early March, and it was exactly the relaxing vacation we needed. Everything inside the rental is brand new and the 2 bedrooms where perfect for all of us. Our girls loved the bunkbeds. From the door to beach is probably a two minute walk and very convenient. It's a very private area of the beach, so even in the summer, you will have your pick of where you want to set up on the beach. Victoria is a great host, quickly replied to our messages, and checked-in with us during our stay. My only recommendation is to consider adding some lamps to either the master bedroom or living room for reading at night instead of having to leave the overhead lights on. Overall, we had a great trip and would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you!

Best location in complex

The development is made up of about 10 two-story buildings with 4 condos each. Grouped around two small pools. This unit is one of the best - on the top outside corner with ocean views from both balconies. Sunrise on the front, sunset on the back. Both porches have two polywood adirondack chairs. You cannot walk directly out onto the beach, but must go around the sand dune, about 50 yds in total. Per the description, the beach is sufficiently wide here, unlike further down the street where you eventually run into a situation where it's single file on the beach at high tide. Also, you're near the end of the island, which makes for a great morning walk. Everything in the condo is pristine and brand new; I think I was the first person to use the coffee maker (ninja, cone filters), The kitchen is stocked with the basics - pots, pans, knife set, measuring cups, colander, baking tray, mixing bowls. However, if you want to do some real cooking, you'll need to bring other tools - like a cheese grater or steamer. I also recommend adding cereal bowls to the dish collection. Two essentials were missing - hand soap and a wine opener. Plenty of cleaning products, and a vacuum in the closet. A broom would be helpful. Bring your own paper towels. Nice big leather couch and a large dining table. Lamps would be nice in the bedroom and living room. Condo is perfect for small families, or even grandparents + a family of 4. Pool is small, but 8ft on one end, which makes for a nice plunge.
