“Disappointing experience. When checking in, I had asked if our room was ready as per our specific requirements. I was repeatedly told it was ready only to find that it wasn’t when we got to the room. It took over an hour to get this done. We were not advised there was a wedding taking place the day we arrived. The loud music went on till 12:30 am and we had one of the closest rooms to the wedding despite only 15% occupancy. We couldn’t sleep until it all finished which was quite late. We……

“The entire staff at Le Meridan has been absolutely wonderful with their kindness, helpfulness and hospitality. The food in each restaurant, Jade, Turquoise and Jaspers has been so delicious.
