“Lovely reception staff, very roomy comfortable room. Excellent breakfast buffet. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom and exceptionally comfortable bed with lovely bed linen. ”

“Smelling bad and cockroaches running around. Beds are so dirty and itching the skin. It was mentioned that breakfast would be provided but no mention about it. Didn’t get any breakfast. ”

“I booked an executive room for my parents and sister for their visa interview. They said that it sleeps 3 but they gave a queen bed which can fit only 2. Upon request, they arranged extra mattress on the floor. The worst part is the bathroom doesn't lock, it doesn't even have a knob, flush not working, room is dirty. When requested to change the room, they said it was Sunday and there were no available rooms. They sent a plumber to fix the flush after……
