“I received a welcome email that told me check in was available after 2:00pm. I received another email with the access code stating that check in wasn't until 5:00Pm. Luckily, I didn't get to the property until right at 5:00pm. The code sent via email to enter the building didn't work. “Customer service was excellent. This may be the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in It’s definitely in the top two favorite and if I visit again, I’ll definitely stay here , The bedding is so comfortable the room actually has a microwave and a refrigerator in it which is rare so I highly recommend if you’re in this area to stay here”
