**New Listing** The Wellington Penthouse is a brand new fully furnished three-bedroom rental less than a block from shops, art galleries, entertainment, and restaurants in historic downtown Ocean Springs, within walking, biking, or golf-carting distance to beautiful Front Beach, and a short drive over the bridge to Biloxi with world-class casino resorts.

This rare find is located on the second floor of a beautiful first-class duplex, Wellington Penthouse has all the amenities you will need for is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, longer vacations with the family or just to explore Coastal Mississippi and immerse yourself in the unique culture and vibe of this wonderful community.

Wellington Penthouse features a large open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartzite counters. The cabinets are filled with virtually everything you will need to prepare your meals on days you'd prefer to stay in the comforts of home, rather than eat out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot spots.

You can relax on your outdoor balcony or lounge with friends and/or family in the comfortable living area with a large flat-screen smart TV.

In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed and smart TV, and a private bathroom that features a large walk-in shower and roomy walk-in closet.

There are two additional bedrooms with Queen beds, each with a smart TV, a shared full bathroom with a double sink vanity and combination tub/shower, and an additional half bathroom

The property is equipped with high-speed wireless Internet for streaming and working at home.

House was perfect. Beautifully decorated and very roomy. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops! Great location. Noise machines in each bedroom was a nice touch to drown noise of train coming through. Would definitely rent again.

Great property in the Downtown Ocean Springs Community

This property exceeded my expectations because I have been to Ocean Springs before and stayed in hotels. It was in a great location for what we were there for and it was new, clean, and all of the amenities worked as documented. All instructions were easy to understand. Fabulous Stay-cation

Lovely accommodations, well-equipped (needs a few more cups and glasses), owner anticipated and provided all basics for guests. There is no sidewalk from the condo to Government Street and currently there is construction on the block. Downtown is not walkable for handicapped or most aged. The view from the balcony and windows leaves much to be desired. The property manager is most helpful and very prompt with responses.

We were in Oceans Springs for a songwriters festival and this was the perfect location. It was within walking distance of most of the venues, restaurants, and plenty of shopping. The apartment was very clean and beautifully appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

BOOK IT!!

We rented out the entire home Top (penthouse) & bottom (casa Callie) for our entire family to stay and it was absolutely perfect!!! The pictures don't do this place justice! its so spacious, nice, and has all the best amenities plus some!! The spot is nice and quiet except when the train runs by, but turn up the sound machines provided in each room and you won't even hear it!! if you have small children the major plus is the master closet is plenty big enough to put a pack in play in and provide complete darkness! IYKYK. Chris was super fast to respond to any questions we had, and you will love how close you are to all the best spots in Ocean Springs! We will definitely be booking this spot again!

Great stay

This unit is very clean and well maintained. The location was great being minutes from the beach and walking distance to food, shopping, and a fantastic nightlife. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely reurn. The owner communicated check in and check out instructions and provided a binder of local attractions.

The best girls trip!

This property was everything we hoped for! Open, airy, modern, and captured the essence of Ocean Springs with beautiful artwork. Safe area and close to everything downtown. We took a girls trip and had plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of bathroom space (us girls need the room!) and the beds were so comfy! The only thing that would make this property even better would be a few more coffee cups and a bit more living room seating. It didnt seem like a concern until late evening when we all wanted a comfy place for pj and wine talks! All the other amenities made our stay very pleasant! We made great memories at Wellington and will return!

Hometown Visit for Thanksgiving! Great Place to Stay!

I lived in Ocean Springs, MS from age 4 to 21 and now live in Southern California. I go back and visit as much as I can and try to stay in downtown OS as much a possible since it is the heart of everything and mostly what I remember growing up. When I noticed this new location on VRBO I thought it would be a great place for me to bring my girlfriend home with her family to meet my parents for Thanksgiving. We ended renting the upstairs for my brother and sisters and the downstairs for my girlfriends family. The home is exactly what is described and we couldn't be more happy for our stay. We could walk to everything and rent golf carts just a small walk away for me to show the family around OS. The beds are great and the home is super clean and organized. The central air and heat is great and parking is easy right in front of each home. I had a great week with family and it will be a stay that I will always remember since my girlfriend and I got engaged on Thanksgiving! and she said yes! So looking forward to my return visit and we will probably end up here every time I return to my hometown.
