“This was my first time using VRBO myself and I was deeply impressed. This property is not only accurately reflected in its photos, it is even nicer in person. Little details... the scent of the unit, the sweet sound of rain drops on the roof, the ample firewood, and the detailed organization add so much charm to this property. Everything we needed was there, and labeled for an easy find. While so many rentals are tired and worn, everything about Milam Ridge was fresh, crisp, and cared for. The……

“The property was fantastic! We had 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from 3-8 and felt like we had plenty of space. It was great having the mini golf and tennis courts right next to the house. The indoor pool was great and bigger than expected. The 9 hole par 3 links style course was absolutely amazing and was well kept, with holes ranging from 80 yards to 180 yards. Greens run slower but the conditions were great. House is about 5 mins from Deep Creek State Park and 20 minutes to Swallow Falls. Also……

The home is very well appointed and there is plenty of room and nooks to break away for quiet time.Thank you Mark and SherryJoycePS Mark rescued us when we got caught in a rain shower. “Such a great, unique stay. It added so much fun to my trip! They've thought of everything in this airstream and it's as luxe as you could want while also being only steps from the GAP trail. The outdoor pavilion is a really nice touch and great to sit there and take in the view of the mountain. Communication with the owners was great. Check in and check out was easy. Beautiful and comfortably appointed throughout!”

“This house was great and most importantly spacious enough for two young families with kids to share for a weekend. Although we didn't bring our dogs this time, it's great to know that's an option. And I do have to say that there was no evidence of former pet guests if that is of any concern to potential bookers- very clean, no stains, no smells.We have family in the area and have already talked about booking future stays now that we have young kids and need more space than staying with relatives……
