“Nice location. Property was clean but we did have an ant issue. Property listing was not exactly as described and slightly confusing. It was difficult to tell which rooms were on which floors. A floor plan would be helpful especially if you have multiple groups and ages. There were no cushions on the outdoor furniture until I asked and someone had to come over and get them for us. There were ants everywhere when we left food in the kitchen counter on the first night which had to be thrown out.……

“Positives of visit were: 1) kitchen while disorganized had lots of pots and pans, dishes and utensils 2) the linen package was great 3) TVs & wifi were good 4) the house was acceptably cleanNegatives: 1) we stayed in this house in 2019 and it was tired and worn out then and our for 2024 stay it was REALLY tired and worn out! It needs a complete decorating update! 2) The living room sectional is terrible, old and uncomfortable 3) the porch cushions for some odd reason were stored in the living……

“The condo was excellent. My grandkids loved the pool and I loved the hot tub.The location was close to Bethany Beach. We loved going down to Assateague National seashore, with all the horses. It was clean and has a beautiful view in both directions. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was great. Overall, this was an outstanding experience.”

“This home was the best appointed home we have ever rented in Bear Trap. Blankets, books, TVs, and the kitchen had everything we needed to put out a huge family dinner. We were 8 adults staying in the house then my neice and her family joined us for dinner on Sat night. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend this house!!”

“We enjoyed this place very much. Only thing was that having the grill on the deck would have been nice ( not sure if this is an HOA thing or not) we didn’t use it because we would have to carry our food down 2 fights of steps, through a bedroom which were all carpeted. Overall this was a great place and we would definitely stay again.”
