Beach View Home with Spa Pe-1724

This unit provides guests with a spectacular and one-of-a-kind view of the beach on a gorgeous rooftop deck furnished with artificial turf, several lounge seats, and of course a hot tub for you and your party to relax in. Upon walking in the property, visitors are met with a quaint kitchenette and a secondary dining and living space. The first floor is home to 2 bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. There is no need to push or schedule for a bathroom because there are 2 bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Two more bedrooms with king size beds resides on the second level along with 2 additional bathrooms. Travel up to the top level, and you are met with a gorgeous living room that opens up to a fantastic view of the ocean through panoramic doors. There is also a full-size kitchen and dining space along with additional bedrooms and bathrooms.

PARKING: 2 Car Garage (NO PARKING ALLOWED IN FRONT OF THE DRIVEWAY ON PACIFIC TERRACE ST.)

Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054.

Lovely location and spacious property
Great location, with amazing views. The property was clean and spacious. The property manager was great. The only issue for us was WiFi bandwidth as we have 10 of us online at the same time, and it was a little slow (20mb download) Otherwise a great property.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
We had a house full and it never felt crowded. Having 4 levels adds to the tranquility of the space. We had 14 people from 4 families and worked great. Bring your own coffee and you are all set. Shopped before we got there and didn't have to leave the house for our weekend away. There is an elevator but you need to make arrangements ahead of time to have use of it. We needed it for my mom who couldn't navigate the stairs. Company was reasonably good about getting this handled. Having everyone together was worth it.

Gorgeous Property - Very Responsive Hosts
Can't say enough good things about this gorgeous home and location. Sweeping views of the ocean and the best little breakfast spot right down the way. This home was not directly on a sandy beach, but the girls who were there for my daughter's sweet 16 had fun exploring the shore and the rocks and taking sunset photos. The beautiful sandy beaches are a VERY short ride. It is worth it to stay at this location and drive to the beach. There is plenty of parking even on a prime beach day. The host was very responsive and sent someone over a couple of times for helping to heat the hot tub and fixing the A/C -- which didn't even seem like issues because they were resolved so quickly! This place was worth everything, and literally saved my daughter's birthday since we had to pivot quickly and book last minute.

Beach Dream Home
We stayed at this property for a “siblings and spouses” reunion. It was the perfect place to get away and enjoy each other and the luxuries of being near the beach and have non-stop ocean sounds and beautiful views. We had a few checkin issues that were VERY quickly resolved, and we were compensated with a late checkout which was really what we needed with our big group. I was VERY impressed with the ease of communication with property management and their responses. As the one who signed the agreement, I also made use of the great app which makes everything even easier. Take advantage of it! We addressed small repair items with the management, expressed that they could be done after our departure, and we trust they will be done. I would highly recommend this particular property and Beachfront as the property management company. Thank you!

Beautiful view
Beautiful view, as you can tell from the images in the listing. Lots of bedrooms for us to spread out. Two washer/dryer sets were helpful. Mentioned a couple of minor maintenance items and they were right on it. Lots of stairs were a workout. Garage has car lifts which made getting in and out of the garage a bit tricky.

Large property for families
We very much enjoyed our stay! The house is on 4 levels. Lots of stairs. There is an elevator which we did not use. I am very particular about cleanliness. The house is well maintained & was very clean, especially the kitchen & bathrooms. The kitchen had everything! We cooked frequently & appreciated the selection of pans & bakeware. The appliances are new. The beds were comfortable & the rooms were spacious. The only reason I gave it four stars was a lack of hot water for showers. We did have 14 people, but we never took showers at the same time. There is a nice path in front of the property for walking. Every morning we had coffee on the deck & watched the dolphins. I would definitely recommend this property!

Must Stay in Summer!
This place was all about comfort, accessibility, and stress-free. Every inch of this place was well-organized to what exactly you need to make it like your home and MORE. It was a well-thought setup especially the kitchen and entertainment area where we mostly stayed as a family. Entering the site was already a show-stopper. Literally, my family sat down instantly and watched the view. Yes, they forgot to help out. We had to snap them out of it and get them to finish unpacking, but it was truly mesmerizing especially the fresh sea breeze. Every room was all about comfort plus it each has its own bathroom, accessories, fan, heater, and towels. Seriously, the organization is impeccable. The kitchen was so clean, fully-functional, plus with a dining that was truly accommodating. It was so ideal for our big family to celebrate. You just have to see it for yourself. ... few thorns from those roses... well, parking is tight, but doable. No biggie. There was a clicker, which I found out just before we left. I wish a knew since it was a nice touch. (I blame the gorgeous view when we first came.) The beach was few minutes walk, but lots of rocks and crowded perhaps try going on the left side not sure if its better. I'm glad how it all turned out. I even got lots of praises for finding this place, but pretty much I wouldn't look good if the place wasn't so phenomenal. Thank you to the staff as well, they were responsive before, during, and after our stay. Impressive service.

Family beach house
The view was really beautiful! However, if you want a home that is directly at the sandy beach this isn’t it. There is a small area to go down to, but it is filled with rocks. We didn’t mind making the drive, it would’ve been a 25-30 min walk. Also, the home is very beautiful the a lot of space! They do have an elevator in case there are people that can’t go up 4 flights of stairs. We would definitely come back here to stay.

Large Oceanside property great for big family gathering
Our family of 13 enjoyed our stay at the Oceanside. The top floor has a huge table that seated everyone with room to spare. The space lent itself to games, talking and had great views of the ocean. We took advantage of the outside space that has a firepit stand, seating and a grill.

The Good, The Bad, The Ugly
The Good: Great "Ocean" views and quiet neighborhood. The Bad: Seemed like a great location until we realized there is no beach access. Ok, there is ocean access, but no beach. There is access to the ocean down the street, but this access takes you to a tiny beach covered in fist sized rocks. Beyond that is jetty boulders. No sand! If you want sandy beaches, its a mile walk towards the Oceanside Pier. Nice beach there. The house: gaps in the floors, furniture is heavily worn and stained badly enough we couldn't relax on it. Gross! Upper deck did not have lounge chairs as depicted in photos, so couldn't relax there. The outdoor furniture that was there, was found to be tattered, heavily worn out, torn cushions, uncomfortable. Showers not clean with hair stuck to the shower walls, Plugged bathroom sink drain, ice maker not functioning, slimy inflatable spa tucked away with no views. The Ugly: Apparently the mini split AC units are all mounted up high in the garage and produce so much heat, making the garage so freaking hot with no ventilation. So hot it melted the sunroof seals, steering wheel controls, and distorted the plastic bumper on my Land Rover. The steering wheel controls literally fell off the wheel, sunroofs stuck closed, rear door difficult to open and could not close it due to distortion. Honda windshield and door rubber melted. Yes, melted!!! We made management aware of the problems with the rental and their response, after a week or so, was a couple hundred dollar refund, a 10% credit towards another rental, and nothing for the vehicle damage, which is clearly their fault. "We don't cover damage to personal property." Btw, the neighbors in the unit next door, managed by the same company, left their vacation early for mostly the same reasons. We did not mind paying $$$$$ for a stay in a place with all the possibilities this home had promised. They fell well short of delivering what is depicted and described in the listing. Not a $$$$/night experience.

Disappointing in every way
This was a family reunion long in the making. It turned out that the property management firm tarnished much of it. First we attempted to drop some surf boards off a few hours early--well, it turns out we could for $300. Then we discovered the fine print showing that the beach may look different than the pictures listed was dead on--it was rocky and abrupt and not at all conducive to a small family. Then the gate code stopped working. That, at least they fixed. The dishwasher--which never worked--never was fixed. Lets just say that we washed a lot of dishes by hand... It turns out these guys are a big property management company. If being treated like you are on the wrong end of corporate policy on your vacation sounds good to you, then you might like this place. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and avoid. Seriously.
