浴室新整修過很好，但床單有老舊破損，被單二床都有被香煙燒破的洞孔，我們沒注意附近常有火車行駛的聲音即使已經很晚了仍有火車經過。但工作人員協助我們找遺失物很用心很好。房間沒沒Coffee maker也是一個缺點。

The bathroom doorknob wasn't on correctly and I got stuck in the bathroom until my husband got there from 2 hrs away because no one would answer at the front desk!!!!!!!! Then when he finally let me out w a pocket knife, the baby finally stopped crying and went to sleep at 4 am. At 9:30 housekeeping was banging on my door trying to come in to clean!!! I asked her why would she do that if I don't have to check out until 11am and she said she didn't know if I was there or not. I went to the front desk and the guy was ASLEEP IN THE BACK ROOM! He didn't come out until 45 minutes later when another guest came in and started yelling. They said their manager MIKE would call me back to figure this out. Still haven't heard from "Mike".

The owner or whoever we dealt with was extremely disrespectful. Throwing the room key at us instead of handing it to us like a human being. I wouldn’t stay here even if it was free.

Horrible conditions. Stained sheets and towels. Bed comforter with cigarette burns. Electric outlets with broken covers. Unsafe and dark and dirty. One homeless woman walking around and checking washer and dryer for lose change. Windows broken covered with playwood too bad I can’t post pictures. Stay away from this place

This place is filthy, dirty unsafe, the comforter burn with cigarette burns,the bed sheets stain, missing the face plate on the electrical outlet . Very dark at night time and there are homeless people walking all over the parking lot. The toilet seat are cracked and stain. I asked twice to change my room, but the second room was not any better than the first one. I was there for three days and I left after the first night or the first night, don’t ask for a refund they will not give you one call Expedia. Don’t waste your time in this place, I took some pictures and if I posted you’ll be disgusting.

So ive stayed here on three different occasions. Firsttime i did everything through an app. That went okay but even so, nieghbors were loud, and the place is just really ran down. I dealt with it. But the second time i booked a room i realized that i booked it wrong and needed to book a room for that night, but i was doing so out side of an app i use, any who the guy said he needed my card and we agreed on a price. While staying there i had noticed an extra 200 dollors spent and when i went to try to confront me no one knew what was going or why i was being charged like this. Oh and i seen the owners Adualt soon put his hand on a homless female because she wasnt getting out of there fast enough and yes this is the same guy to charge me the 200 bucks. Just trashy foreigners

Door "bar" lock broken, TV had to be reprogrammed when turned on each time. Ice Machine non-functioning, The bare necessities, were not really provided. Towels of a size acceptable for a small child perhaps.

The place overall is good for only sleeping. Everything is walking distance which i really liked. Cleanlines wise it wasn’t so good. There was stains on the sheet and the floor was dirty. The restroom toilet stopped working and wouldn’t flush. They have windows which open but don’t have locks nor any safety around them which is a bit concerning.

Watch these guys they are theifs and when i ask them whats this on my pending statements they say they know nothing about it. So now i get ahold of hotels.Com they say we will look into it and get back to you in the following morning. And its now going on three days. No refund or phone call yet. This is the worst thing ive experianced with a hotel. Or a internet site that specializes in booking and screening these hotels its a shame they do business with such a hotel.

The first room key I was given belong to another couple whom I scared trying to get in, the second room key I was given was to a room that didn't open, the last room key I was given finally worked and I was exhausted as it was after midnight when everything got settled. The room was dirty, had a weird smell, the bathroom kept running it was just not in a great area and pretty bad

This motel has so much potential in this prime area but the owner clearly has zero regard for comfort. Owners should be embarrassed. The property is filthy covered in dog poop the sidewalks, railings, doors just everything is filthy. A simple power wash would make a huge difference. The pillows may as well be sheets the rooms are bare minimum. Clearly this motel has a target audience (in and out stays). The man in the office was rude and kept a break sign up the whole time. I had to holler for someone to come up and assist me. I could have robbed the whole lobby and nobody would have noticed cause I was waving down the camera. Save your money and stay anywhere else!! If nothing else is available, you’re better off staying the night in your car!

Room smelled humid and like an animal had previously stayed there. Like wet dog smell. The front lady didn’t have customer service skills. Didn’t even greet me as I walked in.
