Spectacular beach home with 4BR & 3.5BA (2,849 sqft) on S. Pacific Street, across the street from the ocean. No sandy beach across the street except during low tide. SFH with 2 stories, open floor plan, 2 spacious master en-suites with balcony in both and ocean views in the main. Large rooftop deck with panoramic ocean view all the way up to the famous pier to enjoy amazing sunsets. Gas fireplace in living room and family room, side patio with grill and 2 car attached garage. Very spacious and comfortable for couples, family and business travelers. Great location and easy walk (0.6 mile) to Tyson Street Beach. Walking distance and easy bike ride (1 mile north) to pier and downtown. Sparkling clean with new furnishing including TVs in all bedrooms with comfortable foam mattresses. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, and full washer & dryer plus sink in laundry room. Free high speed internet (1GB) wifi and 5 Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc. Comes with cruiser bikes, bike lock, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, and cooler. Convenient EV charger (Nema 14-50) in garage, bring your own charging cable.

We provide a premium starter kit which includes essentials such as bath towels, toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish detergent, dish tabs, sponge, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Please ensure that you bring extra essentials as needed for your stay.

-0.6 mile north (12 mins walk) to Tyson Street Beach & Park near pier. Family beach and good for picnics.
-0.5 mile south (11 mins walk) to Buccaneer Beach, Park and Cafe. Small and quiet beach for locals to relax.

-1 mile north to Oceanside pier, downtown shops, and restaurants

Great rooftop ocean view!

Great house with ample room for a group to stay. Kitchen has all you need and more. Very quiet overall and rooftop terrace with firepit in the table is greatsuper view of the ocean. Convenient location and very walkable to many spots. Has all you need with essentials and also beach towels and chairs and sand toys. Highly recommend!

2nd Annual vacation with friends. Met up with family. We loved the rooftop! Got some beautiful sunny days. Walked to the bowling alley, Fat Sam's, Rite-aid, beach and other fun spots.

We loved this place

We had the best time. The space was amazing. We loved all the parts of the house. We loved how the main loving room and kitchen is an open concept so while we cooked, we could still hang out with those on the couches. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. My wife wanted to have her bday dinner on the rooftop and how we laid out the meal and the sunset was just magical. We DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK. Such a great staycation place for friends and family. The neighborhood as well was so peaceful. It was a good 15 min walk to the pier where the Top Gun house was located. 5 min walk to beqch access. We saw dolphins early morning. Overall, very impressed with this house and the owner who texted us back asap when we had questions.

Perfect Rental

Amazing Home

This home has everything! The house was clean and we have never seen a kitchen so well stocked. There were so many beach toys, chairs, towels and boogie boards to enjoy. The owner describes the home perfectly in her posting. Our family had a wonderful time with plenty of space for everyone. We didn't want to leave! Sunsets are amazing from the roof top.

Beautiful

Beautifully situated in Oceanside within steps of the beach - so close where you could hear the waves in the evening. Close proximity to downtown and the Oceanside pier along with ease of access to local restaurants and shops. Our host was fantastic - super responsive and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay during Thanksgiving. The property is amazing and has high ceilings and plenty of space to sleep and spread out. Would highly recommend and would return here again for future stays. Thank you so much for hosting our family.

Family Celebration

We wanted a welcoming place for our family to celebrate graduation of our son from USMC Recon training at Camp Pendleton. This house was perfect for us- awesome location, super clean and comfortable, and an amazing roof top terrace where we kicked off each day with coffee and beautiful views of the Pacific. The house lends itself to gathering around the open kitchen/family room, or around dining table or roof top. We had 3 generations in our family here - we’d come back in a heartbeat. Special place for a very memorable occasion. And Carolyn was a pleasure to work with in all aspects of our visit.

Ending our Summer Trips

This house we such a blessing for everyone in our family! It didn't fall short in way of what we all expected. We spent most of our time on the roof top enjoying time at the table that over looks the ocean. We saw dolphins countless times and would 100% recommend this house in house in a heart beat!

Rooftop patio was worth it!

Very large comfortable house for 2 families. Beach was at least a 10 min walk. Safe and quiet community. Spent every morning and every evening on the rooftop patio. Beautiful view.

We didn’t want to leave!

Lovely, spacious, CLEAN home with plenty of room for our family to spread out. AMAZING rooftop deck - we spent many evenings there with cocktails watching dolphins and the sunset. Great location for walking around Oceanside and proximity to other parts of San Diego County for day trips. Owner was communicative and responsive but not intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Everything we needed and more!

Two families coming in for a short stay - we drove, our friends flew in. We picked this house based on proximity to the beach, the views and the appointments. We were not disappointed! This place had everything! The rooms were perfect for both families. There was plenty of space to spread out when we were home. But the best part was having everything there that we needed - beyond what we expected! (airfryer?!) Even the kids were impressed! We took full advantage of the beautiful rooftop firepit table every night, rode bikes to the pier (we brought a few of our own) and used the cooler and umbrellas when we went to the beach. The house was clean, with a great location and beautifully appointed. We will most definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing trip!

Highly recommend

We had a family group, ages 1 1/2 to 64. The room and bathroom setup was ideal for everyone. The property is excellent, well-stocked, the rooftop is fun, and the location in Oceanside cannot be beat. It was an easy walk to the coast path every morning. We looked hard for a no-pets-allowed property and appreciated the great condition of this one. I am pretty picky about cleanliness and upkeep and I have zero complaints here; so appreciated to find such a nice rental in a fun place.
