We stayed in Unit 6. Positives: the location is terrific, across the street from the ocean. It is a breakwater so no beach access, but a short walk to access. It's in close proximity to downtown - a lot of restaurants and bars, Thursday Night Market, and a movie theater. We used the car only once.
Not so good parts: It's very small and very efficient. The kitchen has the basics - with 2 very scratched Teflon frying pans. Not safe to use. A dishrack would be helpful. There wasn't a tissue box. We learned at checkout that the laundry room has a number of supplies. Wished we had known sooner. (A plus was that coffee, sugar and creamer was provided along with a coffeemaker).
The unit has a plugin electric heater, but with only one dedicated outlet. It was difficult to heat up the bedroom.
There was only one outlet in the bedroom used by the bed lamps. There was an extension cord with one outlet available.
Unit 6 doesn't have a dedicated parking space and GPS takes you to the Strand entrance, but street parking is on Park St. Very confusing. A parking pass is provided. We hope they update the Unit 6 info provided for check-in.
The sofa bed was terrible. We reported at the end of our visit as we didn't think there was anything that could be done. The frame had a broken off support bar at the top, and took a lot of modifications on our part to make it useable.
It was our bad that we didn't report things sooner.
