“Family of 7 for a two week stay. Our second year at this location and we plan to go back. The layout of the house provides privacy when desired but also a great spot for family time together. The beach is a bit secluded and beautiful, away from the hustle & bustle of areas closer to Panama City. The house is very nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Large refrigerator and separate large freezer provide ample space for stocking up for large groups. Separate Ice maker provided……

The owners have put a lot of thought into making this home comfortable and providing all the little extras. Kevin kept up good contact with us and made sure we had everything we needed. “Great Vacation Property! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to go to the beach without the crowd!the house was clean and stocked with all the appliances you might need. There is an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from the beach. There is also a toy area outside stocked with a few beach toys. If you want beach chairs or shade options plan to bring your own unless you get lucky and someone who stays before you happens to leave a few with the toys. The water is pretty calm on this……

“We've stayed in a few homes in the forgotten coast area, but this is probably the nicest, inside and out! The home is modern and comfortable, with lots of amenities that make the stay more enjoyable/fun. The entire house is great, but we spent lots of time on the screened back patio - it had a great view of the water with soft seating, good fans and ocean breezes. Thank you!”

“We loved everything about the property. Our favorite part was being able to sit out on the screened in porch, Looking out to the ocean. Sitting on the beach in front of the home is great. No one else was around but one other couple. The house is well stocked especially the kitchen. We used the gas grill every night.
