THEN ENTER A SPACIOUS OLD FLORIDA COTTAGE, EXCEPTIONLY CLEANED AND DECORATED, DOWN TO EVERY DETAILED ITEM NEEDED, TO INCLUDE A QUIET RELAXING TRIP. THE HOST WAS TOP NOTCH, AND VERY THOUGHTFUL TO DETAIL . THE STAY WAS ACCOMMODATING FROM HOST TO THE COTTAGE.”

“This was our first reunion of what we hope to be many! The house was beautiful, and the kitchen was gourmet with all the trappings for entertaining and dining. The dining table was large enough for most of us to gather at once and the bar stools made us complete. The weather was not ideal, but the spacious living room provided us plenty of room to socialize and play games while still enjoying the view. The dolphin were very active and we could see them all the time. Nikki was a responsive……

“We fished, swam, played, watched movies, cooked in the well-appointed kitchen and just generally had the best week in the Happy Shack. The bay beach was a surprisingly awesome amenity.”

“The house itself was beautiful, very clean, very well stocked with everything we needed, private and quiet. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. The pool was about a 5min drive from the house which was kind of a bummer, but the pool itself was nice! The beach access was a good walk away from the property and smelled terribly of sulfur. The ocean in this area is brackish water so it’s not the clear blue waters of the gulf. We ended up driving to St George Island one day (45min drive)……

“The property was lovely situated on Alligator Point with ample space for everybody. We particularly enjoyed the large common areas, including a well stocked kitchen and beautiful views of the Gulf. What we particularly liked about this property is that sunrises and sunsets were both visible from the back porch. My boys were able to enjoy fishing and exploring around in the shallow areas. The elevator was a key in our decision making as we have family who are unable to do stairs. We hope to be……

“We loved the house! Perfect for a large family. The owners have though of everything from pool floats to beach chairs to a crock pot! The pool is an added bonus and the close walk to the Tiki Hut makes for a fun afternoon. Loved our stay. ”

“Our stay at the Skipper Beach House was delightful! We spent New Year's at the Skipper and the beaches were serene and not over run by tourists. The views are absolutely breathtaking from all areas of the beach house! I loved sitting on the balcony with my pups while I indulged in a book with the sounds of the ocean in the background! Robin was a great host! I will definitely be coming back to this piece of paradise!”
