Individual Living in the living room/ balcony with personal belongings and bedding in living room, one bedroom locked rented to others and had access to one bedroom only with 2 twin beds and a folding single bed, total 3 can sleep in room…. Did not feel safe in that situation and left the property…. Booked another stay last minute as advised by Vrbo……

Das Haus war für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche hatte alles, was es zum Kochen braucht. Die Ausstattung ist reduziert aber sehr gemütlich. “A place of pro's and con's... - location - middle of old town - very quiet and good location. - easy to access, key locker worked well - Flat had been well cleaned, EXCEPT for the toilet seat which had accumulated many months of yellow stain on both sides... needed cleaned properly with bleach/ anti-bacterial. The shower is also getting a little cold around it.. - The room was big enough for the double bed and sofa bed. However, no way would I try 4 people in there are the bathroom is so small……

“Our stay was perfect.Booking was easy, Chris’ instructions clear as day and communicating with him was quick and friendly, the house is situated beautifully, it was spotless clean, and while it may look a bit outdated it has everything one need and more (sharp knives for instance, something lacking in lots of rentals we have visited over the years). Oh yeah, it was also very reasonably priced.All in all, a must-go-to if one wants to visit Emmetten and its (beautiful) surroundings.”
