“Great trip! Very clean home.make sure you read the driving instructions before you arrive! We didn’t notice that after you book they provide driving instruction because GPS takes you up a ATV trail ”

A few things I learned that might be useful to others in making plans:- The game warden was on us within 5 minutes of dropping a fishing line in the water - make sure you have the necessary fishing license (thankfully we did)- Fishing was kind of a bust, but that cant be blamed on the house -……

“Berlin, NH is a hidden gem near Gorham. We enjoyed our stay. The house is updated with still a feel of the history of the home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked. Thank you for everything. We would stay there again.”

“We were so impressed by this cabin house. The location is surrounded by trees and nature which made for a peaceful, private, escape. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, very large and accomodating, and spotless. We were so happy we chose this house for our family vacation. I honestly found myself wanting to stay at the home more than wander out. Only downfall, which is miniscule in the grand scheme of things, is it was a little hard to find since its off of a private driveway, off of a……

“This was a great cabin to stay in. Surprisingly there was air conditioning available. The hot water is on demand so takes some getting used to, but worked great. The access to ATV trails is behind the cabin and thru the campground. A little hard to find but the individuals across the street were very helpful. The cabin came with everything you would need to cook dinner. We did bring a small grill for outside. Overall a great stay and would love to come back. ”
