"We arrived after 16:00 after a long journey from England and an hour drive from faro and our room was not cleaned, when I raised this with the staff low efforts were initially made to resolve this, u had to escalate things for the room to get half clean and be told that I should wait. "Nice hotel with lovely staff and great facilities. It is showing its age and a little tired in some areas since our last visit 7 years ago. The hotel has changed hands and in new ownership. Pool and most areas were very clean and tidy. Dining options are limited and expensive so we dine elsewhere ..."
