“My daughter did an internship for 8 weeks and stayed here. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Host was always available quickly when I had a question. Location was great as it looked over a golf course. It was a safe area on a dead end street so no traffic other than the ones living there. Only one hiccup wherein the temperatures got down into the teens one week and the heat semi went out. Host was quickly repairing it and even brought a space heater for added warmth. “This 3 bedroom duplex apartment has been recently renovated. It is very comfortable, in a safe neighborhood, very convenient to restaurants, shopping, Birmingham Zoo and Botanical Gardens. ”

“We came to Birmingham for the women’s college basketball sweet sixteen games. We were within just a few miles of the BJCC and the downtown area. The unit was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and there were lots of ‘extras’ throughout the house. Plenty of toiletries and towels. The owners left water and snacks as well. The beds were so comfortable and had heated mattress covers. If we come back to Birmingham we would stay here again. Highly recommended!”
