“This is a wonderful place to stay, the apartment is very cozy, clean and warm, big enough for 3 people and very beautiful. Location is also very nice, in 3 min walk to Arcadia promenade, a lot of cafe's and supermarkets in surrounding. We like this place very much and will surely come back! Thank you!”

“The noise from the trains across the road at the port occasionally woke me up at night but minor. No lift access to any of the floors. Also no reception at the building so had to arrange a time to be there to meet the person. And if you don't have access to a mobile phone signing into and out of the apartment building is "difficult". Don't reply to e-mails. Was there for 19 days and no one showed up to clean the room so ended up buying cleaning products and toilet paper myself. Then the……

“I rented this property because it looked nice online and also because it was in a good location. I was in an unusual situation, renting from the the USA for two of my Ukrainian friends who were visiting Odessa for a little vacation from Kyiv. My friend's made the drive from Kyiv to Odessa and didnt pre-book a place to stay so i helped them find a place with time running out on a Friday night just before midnight curfew. “The location - the hotel is in the basement w/o any view and operates under another name. Consider asking for a code to enter the yard. Very clean, seems to be either new or renovated. A room for three people is quite a narrow option, but still manageable. The property has an aircon, but feels airless. Yet, the service is great and it was a pleasant stay for us.”
